How to Change plan Managers

Changing Plan Managers is very easy!


If you already have a plan manager and want to change to be part of the Complete Money Management family all you need to do is –


  1. Email your current plan Manager notifying them you would like to exit from their services.

  2. Follow up with a phone call to the current plan manager to ensure they have your request and to find out how long they will take to release your funding from the portal.

  3. Fill out the Complete Money Management Service Agreement.

  4. Once the plan has been released our friendly plan managers will be in contact with you to assist with all your needs

Changing From NDIA Managed to Plan Managed

Are you currently NDIA managed, struggling to find providers or need more flexibility in obtaining the providers you want.  

Plan Managed gives you the ability to use registered and unregistered providers which gives you greater choice and control.

To change from NDIA managed to Plan Managed you will need to call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 and make the request to have plan management included in your plan.
